The SFAC company was born in 2019, from the desire of two women to pool their skills and sensibilities.
A JUNIOR COMPANY
Steps For A Change (SFAC) Dance Company is composed exclusively of child dancers aged 7 to 17. Most grow and develop within the company.
Through its commitment, the SFAC company hopes to raise awareness among a wide audience, children and adults, about the protection of biodiversity ,
THE CO-FOUNDERS
Emily Lartillot, choreographer, and Yunne-Jai Shin, researcher, both co-founders of Steps for A Change (SFAC ), bring their wealth and knowledge to a common dynamic, whether it be an enlightened scientific perspective or an artistic approach to the subjects covered, a four-handed writing.
A COMMITTED COMPANY
Steps For A Change works in collaboration with environmental organizations and scientific bodies dedicated to the conservation of biodiversity and the environment. It is a rich and diverse creative environment, building bridges between science and dance. Knowledge, creativity, and practical experience are at the heart of the SFAC company's concerns.

On April 23, 2025, La Seine Musicale hosted the 9th edition of the STOP HUNGER evening, a philanthropic foundation supported by Sodexo. This year, the actions of younger generations were highlighted and rewarded.
The STEPS FOR A CHANGE company had the honor of being invited to take the stage as part of this emotional event.
