Your support can be under three formulas :
 

- Financial sponsorship : make a cash donation to  support artistic projects.

- Patronage in kind : donate products developed by your company that meet the needs of the company.

Since the law of August 01, 2003, (and according to  Article 238 of the General Tax Code), a donating company can_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb35b586 a reduction of its corporation tax up to 60% of the amount of its donation within the limit of 5‰ (5 per thousand) of its turnover.
