Steps for a change will be danced at UNSECO in Paris as part of the IPCC gathering from Monday February 24 for a duration of one week. The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) is an organization that was set up in 1988, at the request of the G7 (group of the 7 richest countries: USA , Japan, Germany, France, Great Britain, Canada, Italy). Its international name is IPCC.
